We know there is no better way to foster love and commitment for the our Public Lands than by offering people a chance to get outside, work together, breathe the air, and see positive results at the end of the day. Help your local BLM office with a habitat restoration project at French Flat ACEC, which is home to a large meadow with a population of federally endangered Lomatium cookii. The BLM plans to build a fence along the property boundary between the private property and the BLM protected botanical meadow. Help in getting fence materials to the site, since it can’t be accessed via a road.

Help Protect an Endangered Species!

Be prepared to carry wooden fence poles to the meadow in preparation for fence building which will occur at a later date!
